About the position
We are currently seeking a Business Unit Manager to manage one of our fastest growing entertainer teams as well as having a key role in our customer service team.
Reporting to the CEO, the position provides an opportunity to lead a growing entertainer team in an expanding business along with great career progression prospects. The role is fast paced and multi-faceted with exposure to all parts of the business.
Responsibilities
· Entertainer Management
o Manage one our largest teams of entertainers and the team leader for your unit
o Entertainer recruitment
o Entertainer rostering
o Entertainer feedback / training and management of issues
· Sales support
o Manage inbound phone and email enquiries (i.e. helping clients book their entertainment)
· Booking management
o Manage booking administration
o Email and Phone communications with clients
About the successful candidate
The successful candidate will first and foremost demonstrate an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and will demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and be a strong problem solver. The ability to multi task and perform under pressure is highly valuable.

Pay rate & hours
The position is estimated to be 30-40 hours per week however this is flexible for the right candidate and the days of work and hours are also negociable.
The equivalent full time rate is estimated at $44,000-$55,000 per year.
