Short term desk space for 2 people in shared studio in Fitzroy in FITZROY, Victoria for sale

Two desks (currently set up as standing desks and price is for both) in corner spot in a shared studio in the heart of Fitzroy.
We're on the top floor of the Moran and Cato building in Fitzroy. It's a great spot just off Brunswick Street, plus there's excellent views, stacks of natural light, high ceilings, and good people all in creative fields. Monthly rent covers utilities and internet, 24-hour access, kitchenette, lunch/meeting area.
I'm heading away on a work trip for at least a month and thought I'd see if anyone is looking for an office space short term. I can be flexible on time if you need it longer. I pay $365pm including everything which is super cheap for what it is, that said price is negotiable if there is only one of you. I have one set of master keys for the space (24hr access) but can get a second set for access 9-530.
