This unit is incredible. It is a handwired / handbuilt 2 channel preamp made by Joel Cameron who has made it is life ambission to go beyond the classic Neve style preamp of the past and make a highly flexible and extreamly powerful unit.
I found this unit to be my first choice on a variety of acoustic and electric sources. It was often favoured by producers and engineers in world class recording faciltities even when compared to standard classics such as Neve, API, GML.
I purchased this unit 2 years ago and it has seen little use since. I have even gone to the effort of having an isolated power supply built by one of Australias leading audio technitian Rob Squire. This ensures an incredible silent audio path and goes beyond the design of preamps costing twice (if not more) as much.
